Can I try RemSupp for free?
Sure! Just sign up and get your free plan. No credit card required.
What is a user?
If you want to start remote session, you need a valid license assigned to the account. A user is an individual person who logs into a RemSupp account with their email address.
Do you have monthly and yearly billing options?
We offer either monthly or yearly billing options. The yearly billing option is always cheaper (~20% discount).
Can I cancel at any time?
You can cancel your subscription at any time.
How is the payment being processed? Can I pay with Paypal?
We handle billing via Paddle. It's the same payment provider used in companies such as AdGuard, Framer, Planyway and other. We do not handle your credit card information directly. PayPal is fully supported, select it during payment.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a 30–day money–back guarantee. To do this, please contact help@remsupp.com.
What happens if my payment fails? E.g. an expired credit card.
Your account email will be notified after each failed payment. Payments may be retried up to 3 times within the next week. Then, if the payment fails, your plan will be canceled.
Do you comply with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard?
We never view or store any customer’s full credit or debit card details on our platform. We handle billing via Paddle, a company that uses a number of Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliant providers to process credit and debit card transactions.
